Role
As a Doggie Daycare Worker, you will help care for 40-60+ dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. From playing in groups and tucking them in at night to giving medication and cleaning up messes, your goal is to ensure each pup has a safe and enjoyable experience every time. You’ll be on your feet in a hands-on, physically active environment, working with a team that loves dogs and provides exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor play groups and assess dog behavior to ensure safety and harmony
- Keeping the facility clean and sanitary (accidents happen – we handle all kinds of messes)
- Bathe, feed, and administer medication accurately, following detailed instructions
- Communicate and collaborate with teammates to create a smooth daily flow
- Greet and speak to Pet Parents with warmth and professionalism
- Take initiative in a dynamic environment – no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For
Availability & Commitment
- Able to work at least 4 days per week, including one weekend day.
- Available on ALL major holidays (New Year’s, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas) – This is required
- Flexible with shift times—we adjust staffing based on the number of dogs
Experience & Skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred (especially with a POS system)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Strong Communication
Physical & Personal Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Able to lift 50+ lbs (some dogs weigh 70lbs+ and will run into you at full speed!)
- Able-bodied and comfortable working in a high-energy environment
- Ability to reliably commute to/from work
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Genuinely loves dogs—we care for each one like they’re our own
Training Position includes 4 mandatory in-person training days
Pay Pay Starts at minimum wage + tips
